1. Log on to My Profile.
2. Click on Service requests in the left menu.
3. In the Payments section, click on International Funds Transfer.
4. Select the source account, amount and currency.
5. Enter the beneficiary’s name, contact details, account number and the bank BIC code.
6. Enter the beneficiary bank's name, contact details and reason for payment.
7. In the Are you a PEP (politically exposed person) or HIO (head of international organization) section, click Yes or No.
8. Please read and accept the terms of use by checking the box.
9. Click on Continue.
10. Verify the information, then click on Confirm.
