1. Log on to My Profile.

2. Click INTERAC e-Transfer on the sidebar menu.

3. Click on Manage profile.

4. If needed, update your email address

5. or your phone number.

6. Click on Submit.

7. Your information has been successfully updated.

Here are the steps to activate My Profile online:
Maximum number of occurrences per frequency:
- Weekly > 143 occurrences
- Biweekly > 72 occurrences
- Monthly > 33 occurrences
- Quarterly > 11 occurrences
- Semi-annually > 6 occurrences
- Annually > 3 occurrences
- Bimonthly > 17 occurrences
Note: If you wish to change a scheduled transfer or payment, past occurrences are included the maximum allowed.
Transfers can be scheduled to:
- Make or change a payment
- Make or change a transfer between UNI members
- Transfer funds between your UNI accounts
- Repay a loan or line of credit
