Frequently asked questions

This contest is open exclusively to UNI members.
For a member under 19 years of age, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required to claim a prize, failing which the selected entry of the minor entrant will be disqualified.
The deadline for participation is May 3, 2024 at 5 p.m. If you choose to fill out the paper form at a branch, you must submit it before closing time. See our opening hours or call 1–888–359-1357.
Prizes will be drawn at random from among all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place in the presence of witnesses no later than Friday, May 10, 2024, or any subsequent date if the draw cannot be held on that date. 
Unfortunately, this option is not available. If you do not wish to make your Instagram account public, we suggest you submit your entry online or via a form available at all our service locations.
