Manage and configure My Profile

If you wish to create an account on My Profile Youth, ask your parent or tutor to request it in person at one of our branches or to contact our Client Contact Centre at 1-888-359-1357.

Your new username should be between 8 and 64 characters long and must not contain any special characters. This allows you to enter your UNI debit card number if you wish.

Debit card

If your UNI debit card is lost, stolen or at risk of malicious use, call us immediately at 1-888-359-1357. We also accept collect calls.  
Yes, the contactless “tap” function is still available. You can deactivate it if you prefer not to use it.  
In addition to your debit card’s usual functionalities, you are able to make online purchases anywhere in the world with your UNI chequing account. 
You can change your PIN at any of our ATMs, after activating your new UNI debit card.
Your PIN is generated by the debit card provider's technology, which secures the data to keep it confidential. Only cardholders have access to the PIN they receive by mail.

For children aged 12 and over with a debit card, the debit card's withdrawal limit is the same as with their previous debit card. 

For children aged 12 and under with a debit card, the debit card's withdrawal limit is the same as with their previous debit card. 

Children 12 and under are not able to make withdrawals with their new UNI debit card. 
Yes, this account is now called Démarrage Jeunesse. Here are the account features:  

- No minimum deposit  

- Higher interest rate than a regular account  

- Interest calculated daily and paid monthly  

- Account responsibility entrusted to the child  

- No administration fees  

- UNI branches deposits or automatic transfers  

Withdrawals at UNI branches only:  

- For children aged 12 and over   

- For children 12 and under with parental or guardian authorization  

- Transaction tracking  

- No cheques

Yes, My Youth Profile account holders must log in from the mobile app or from the www.uni.ca website, where they will be directed to My Youth Profile.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, ask your parent or guardian to call the Client Contact Centre at 1-888-359-1357 or visit a branch so we can reset it for you. 
To find the UNI mobile application, you need to search for UNI Financiere or UNI Finance. Note that if you enter only UNI, you won't find it.
