How do I view my account statement?

News on account statement


The first account statement in My Profile will only be available once the first month of transactions has been completed. Statements for previous months and years will not be accessible even if the menu is available. 

Until then, you access to your most recent transactions in the Recent transaction section on the My financial summary page, once you are logged in on My Profile

a) Click on Accounts

b) Click on Accounts

c) Choose an account (green rectangle) to view the Transaction history and the View archived sections of the account’s past 12 to 18 months.

Step by step

If your statements are combined, skip to step 8. 

1. Log on to My Profile.  

2. Click on Accounts

3. Click Accounts, then on the desired account. 

4. Click on the top right three dots menu, in the desired account's box. 

5. Click on Statement

6. Select the statement year. 

7. From the statements’ list, identify the month for which you wish to view the statement and click on View statement

8. To view consolidated statements, click on your profile icon

9. Click on Info

10. Click on Consolidated account statements

11. Select the statement year. 

12. From the statements’ list, identify the month for which you wish to view the statement and click on View statement
