How do I cancel an Interac e-Transfer?

1. Log on to My Profile
 
2. Click on Interac e-Transfer in the left menu. 
 
3. Click on View history

4. A list of your transactions will appear. The pending transaction that has not been accepted by the recipient will be identified as Outstanding. Click on Cancel

5. A window will pop up. Verify the information. 

6. You must enter a remark (required), then click on Confirm

7. The funds will be automatically deposited back into your account. 

Note: in the View history page, the successfully cancelled transfer will be identified as Finalized.
