How to activate My Profile online?

Step by step

Please note that these videos are without sound.

1. On the login page, click on SET UP MY ONLINE PROFILE.

2. On the next page Sign up to get started, enter your desired username. Please note that it must be between 8 and 64 characters long and contain no special characters. Next, enter your password and make sure it meets the security criteria: at least one number, between 10 and 25 characters, at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter and at least one special character. 

3. Read and accept the Terms of Service.

4. Click on Create your account.

5. Click on Link it!

6. Enter your activation code and your customer identification number (received separately in the mail), then click on Continue.

Your activation code received by mail are valid until August 15, 2023.

If you haven't had a chance to activate your profile online with your current code, now is the time to do so. After this date, you must request a new code by contacting our Client Contact Centre at 1-888-359-1357 or by visiting a branch. 

What if you don't have access to your activation code and identification number?
